Module 01
Thought Mapping
Learn visual techniques for capturing and categorising ideas. Participants create personal thought maps during guided exercises.
Our Mind workshop series offers educational sessions focused on thought organisation, sustained attention, and reflective practice. Content is informational only and is not a substitute for professional healthcare or counselling services in Australia.
Program Overview
The Mind program addresses how individuals observe, organise, and direct their thinking during daily activities. Facilitators guide participants through research-based educational exercises drawn from adult learning literature, presented in accessible language.
Each module builds upon the previous one, creating a progressive learning path that participants can follow at their own pace across six weekly sessions.
